Binswanger Glass

We requested Binswanger Glass to come to our residence for a price to replace a window. Appointment was set and in the day of the appointment, they did not arrive yet they called 3 hours later to advise they missed our appointment and would call us back that afternoon! Three days later, no call back was received! A call was placed back and the woman who answered acknowledged they missed our appointment and will NOW reschedule! I thanked her but did not accept another appointment with their company but thanked her for giving me the opportunity to go to another company for their service! No response at that point and she hung up! Customer Service is severely lacking for their company.

Poor service over the phone, she gave me a very high price, and laughed when I told that I was not doing business/buying. Unprofessional and condescending. It shouldn't happen. Anyways

Absolutely LOVE our new frameless shower door! Experience was quick and easy and exactly as promised. Thank you Evan, Kevin, Ronnie and Dino. Highly recommend! Great job gentlemen! I called Evan and described what I wanted and he listened! He sent me a rendering and he accurately drew exactly what I described. I didn’t want a towel bar or big bulky handle, I wanted minimal and NO frame. The door is exactly as drawn. When Evan came on-site to measure he confirmed my requests and asked about door height humidity and door coating. I’ve looked at many doors and spoken to many folks, Binswanger was the first to give me EXACTLY what I asked for. Great job! This is the second shower door I have purchased from Binswanger team in 3 months.

Spectacular experience! The team did a great job replacing my glass shower door and large bathroom mirror. This a really great company. I plan to purchase again. Tony and Kevin were so good to deal with!

Due to settling… Our solarium window imploded… John Took all the time necessary to replace this glass and did an amazing job so my grand children can go back and play in their solarium! If you ever need quality service, do not hesitate to call Binswanger glass! Thank you John for your work, your professionalism and your care for our home!!!
